Job summary

UNIQLO is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to oversee multiple Miami-area stores, including Aventura Mall and Lincoln Road, ensuring brand standards and compelling displays. This role reports to Area leadership and drives sales through strategic merchandise placement.

The position requires 5+ years of visual merchandising experience in a high-volume retailer, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Competitive compensation starts at $39.43/hour with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Proven visual merchandising ability within a high volume vertical retailer (5+ years).
• Create and direct visual merchandising displays, manage priorities and execute initiatives.
• Attention to detail and strong time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understand HQ tools/direction and translate into store visuals.
• Ability to train and develop a team and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Creates, orders, trains and maintains brand standards for visual presentation, cleanliness and organization.
• Plan and execute new item deliveries with full size runs and signage.
• Partner with corporate to implement seasonal merchandising and new initiatives.
• Collaborate on Monthly Planning for layout and in-store presentation.
• Monitor sell-through and replenishment using sales reports.
• Support store management to meet customer service and operations goals.
• Ensure displays meet brand standards and are optimized for sell-through.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to staff and customers.
• Manage in-store presentation budget and seek cost efficiencies.
