Job summary

UNIQLO Miami is seeking a Visual Merchandising Associate for our grand opening location. This role, reporting to the Visual Manager, ensures brand standards and strategic merchandising maximize store sales through compelling displays.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail visual merchandising experience, strong eye for detail, and the ability to style mannequins and manage multiple tasks with urgency. Full-time with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in retail visual merchandising or display.
• Ability to create compelling visual presentations according to brand guidelines.
• Ability to drive sales through effective merchandise placement and display.
• Proactive and able to follow visual guidelines and HQ direction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards for visual presentation, cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure merchandise is represented on the floor with proper signage.
• Prepare and implement seasonal merchandising presentations.
• Monitor sell-through and replenishment using sales reports.
• Create displays to drive sales and respond to business needs.
• Follow styling directives to create on-trend displays.
• Adjust lighting to highlight merchandise per company standards.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to staff and customers.
• Assist management to identify and resolve store issues.
• Support team to meet and exceed sales goals.
