Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate in the United States to help deliver engaging displays and accurate signage across store floors. You will work with Merchandising Services and Store Operations to enhance the shopper experience and ensure products are easy to locate.

Most tasks are non-customer facing, but you may assist customers when opportunities arise. This role emphasizes attention to details, teamwork, and safe, efficient store presentation.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are prepped for shipping.
• Update signage and product locations; maintain digital info.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and accurate.
• Assist in staging clearance products to drive add-on sales.
• Repair/replace damaged signs or displays as needed.
• Communicate priorities and needs with team and manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store execution.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
