Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate role located in the United States involves ensuring store signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate and accessible to customers. You will create attractive product displays and support merchandising strategy while spending time on tasks without direct customer interaction.

You may assist customers when opportunities arise. Responsibilities include merchandising resets, price verification, and updating signage, with opportunities to contribute

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe’s specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, and maintain digital of this information.
• Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace missing price labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leadership.
• Complete other duties as assigned
