Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate signage, pricing, and product displays across stores. You will create visually appealing displays and ensure merchandise is easy to locate with attention to safety and accessibility.

Most tasks are non-customer-facing, but you may assist customers when opportunities arise, answering questions and guiding product locations. This role supports the Merchandising Services Team and requires attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Use web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage and digital maintenance of this information.
• Confirm product pricing is clearly visible and replace missing price labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays appropriately.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leadership.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
