Job summary

J.Crew Group in the United States is seeking a Visual Associate to curate an inviting store environment with meticulous attention to detail. You will create compelling window displays, arrange merchandise layouts, and ensure promotional signage is current.

You’ll train with the team on presentation standards both in front of house and back of house to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will work closely with store leadership to maintain product placement, perform daily floor

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Create captivating window displays and merchandise layouts with up-to-date signage.
• Execute organized and timely floor sets.
• Collaborate with store management on product placement and daily maintenance on the sales floor.
• Keep backstock organized and move relevant products to the floor regularly.
• Comply with merchandise receiving and handling guidelines.
• Use store systems and technology effectively.
• Respond to customers with courtesy and respect.
