Job summary

J.Crew Group is seeking a Visual Associate to curate an inviting store environment with meticulous attention to detail. You will set up compelling window displays and merchandise layouts to engage and retain customers.

You will help team members learn presentation standards both in front of house and back of house. You will collaborate with store management to understand product placement, execute daily floor sets, and ensure backstock is organized and moved to the floor regularly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and able to perform physical tasks.
• Strong eye for visual presentation and brand standards.
• Comfortable working flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create captivating window displays and merchandise layouts.
• Execute organized floor sets and daily maintenance on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with store management on product placement and stock movement.
• Keep backstock organized and ensure relevant products reach the floor.
