J.Crew Group (JCG) seeks a Visual Associate to curate an inviting store environment with meticulous attention to detail. You will set up compelling window displays and merchandise layouts that engage customers and reinforce our brand standards.

You’ll work with the team to learn presentation standards, support front‑ and back‑of‑house operations, and contribute to an inclusive workplace focused on product passion and exceptional customer experiences.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while performing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, and lift at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsabilidades

• Create captivating window displays and merchandise layouts, with up‑to‑date signage.
• Execute organized and timely floor sets.
• Collaborate with store management to understand product placement and daily maintenance on the sales floor.
• Keep backstock organized and move relevant products to the floor regularly.
• Comply with merchandise receiving and handling guidelines.
• Use store systems and technology effectively.
• Respond to customers with courtesy and respect.
