Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate store signage, pricing, and displays, aiding customers in locating merchandise. You’ll create safe, clean, visually appealing displays while engaging with customers when opportunities arise.

You’ll help verify pricing, stage clearance products to boost add-on sales, and communicate project priorities to the Merchandising Services Team and Manager. This role emphasizes physical endurance and teamwork in-store.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs with proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are ready for shipping.
• Update signage and product location information across the store.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays appropriately.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
