Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate helps ensure our store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate so merchandise is easy to locate. You’ll create engaging product displays that are safe, clean, and visually appealing for customers.

Most work is not customer-facing, but you may assist customers when opportunities arise. You’ll collaborate with the Merchandising Services Team to plan, execute, and review projects while supporting store, market, and corporate leaders.

Qualifications

• Basic math, reading and writing skills.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Able to use web-based computer programs and tools.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update signage and product location data; maintain digital information.
• Ensure pricing is visible and replace missing labels.
• Assist in staging clearance products to drive add-on sales.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
