Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support field activities in a single store, handling planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

Ideal candidates will have retail or merchandising experience, the ability to read and count, and be at least 18 years old. Flexible shifts and a safe, productive environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, reading, writing and counting abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion or issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
