Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to manage start-to-finish in-store tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise assembly and signage maintenance. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and flexible, dependable attendance in a store environment.

Ideal candidates have prior retail merchandising experience, basic reading/writing/counting skills, and the ability to work 4+ hour shifts with potential for longer hours based on business

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor on progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars and specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity through recovery and review.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Understand, Recommend, Ask for sale.
• Promote safe and productive work environment.
