Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to execute in-store tasks from planograms and signage to price changes and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers to deliver legendary service and support other tasks as needed, ensuring planogram integrity and timely execution across the store.

The role emphasizes flexible shifts, strong communication with supervisors, and a safety-conscious, teamwork-driven environment focused on dependable daily performance.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Greet, uncover needs, recommend products, and ask for the sale to customers in stores.
