• Drive visual merchandising and warehouse logistics strategy
• Lead and develop the merchandising team to maintain visual presentation and operational efficiency
• Ensure the merchandising team is fully staffed and optimize team productivity through scheduling
• Oversee onboarding, coaching, one-on-one training, showroom packet execution, style guide and assortment deck execution, standard work, logistics, and leadership development
• Manage merchandising, visual presentation, labeling, and Sales Merchandising Fundamentals to keep the store “Grand Opening Ready”
• Train merchandising team members on the selling model and guest engagement
• Maintain inventory accuracy and minimize inventory adjustment losses
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient operating environment
• Conduct monthly standard work evaluations and identify execution gaps
• Manage performance gaps and business planning focused on people, talent development, and process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college in business, design, retail management, sales, merchandising, or related field preferred
• 5 years experience in direct customer interactive environment required; high volume
• 3 years of management experience required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to lead and develop a merchandising team
• Ability to optimize staffing and scheduling
• Knowledge of merchandising, visual presentation, labeling, warehouse logistics, and inventory operations
• Ability to execute training programs and standard work
