Qualifications

• 3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Experience with floor planning.
• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct merchandising, product flow and display while supporting daily store operations.
• Partner with store leadership to manage product flow and visual execution.
• Mentor the team to deliver a frictionless customer experience and omni-channel service.
• Plan and own shipment process to optimize new product placement and replenish stock.
• Contribute to store environment updates with photos and feedback.
