Qualifications

• 3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: create engaging visual experiences that appeal to the customer
• Delivers exceptional customer experiences that are engaging and efficient
• Takes a forward-thinking approach to in-store creative marketing, merchandising, activations, and supporting store teams to drive sales
• Leadership + Team Management: recruiting, mentoring and training to drive bench and succession planning; set objectives and coach on processes and standards
• Inspires team through creativity and empowerment; tailors motivation to individuals
• Visual + Business Operations: manage visual direction from planning through execution within budgets and timelines
• Assess store business and identify opportunities to maximize sales and improve customer experience
• Drives shipment and omni process for fast product delivery and strategic sell-through planning
• Payroll management and adapting visual support to business needs
• Adheres to safety, inventory accuracy and company policy to protect profitability
• Communication + Relationships: share product knowledge and brand messaging in daily team meetings
• Coordinate with Store Manager and District Manager to ensure objectives and adaptability
• Provide feedback to store leadership on global product and visual priorities
