Job summary

Aritzia in Portland, OR is seeking a Merchandising Manager to curate our merchandise mix and present product in an inspiring way on the sales floor. You will drive strategic product placement, ensure brand standards are met, and support omni-channel shopping experiences for clients.

• Ensure efficient processing of incoming and outgoing shipments to DC and boutiques.
• Strategically place product on the sales floor to maximise sales opportunities.
• Translate the product story through creative visual merchandising.
• Lead the team to execute Aritzia’s standards of product display and maintenance.
• Support omni-channel services for integrated cross-channel shopping experiences.
• Oversee seamless operations across Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations.
• Manage day-to-day performance of the retail team and foster career development.
