Job summary

Aritzia is seeking a Merchandising Manager in the United States to curate our boutique product assortment and present it in accordance with the Everyday Luxury standard. You will lead the team, manage shipments, and ensure compelling in-store presentation to enhance client experiences.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate product stories into captivating displays and drive sales while fostering career growth within the team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate processing of shipments to/from DC and boutiques.
• Strategically place products on sales floor to maximize sales.
• Translate product story through visual merchandising.
• Lead team to uphold display standards and maintenance.
• Support omni-channel shopping experiences.
• Ensure seamless operations across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations
• Manage day-to-day retail team performance and develop careers
