Aritzia is seeking a Merchandising Manager to curate our boutique product assortment and present it in an inspiring way for clients. You will lead a team to translate product stories with compelling visual merchandising, while upholding brand standards on the sales floor and across channels.

In this role, you will drive efficient product flow from the DC to boutiques, optimize floor layout for sales opportunities, and foster a motivating environment that grows careers and delivers Everyday

• Manage day-to-day retail team performance and development.
