Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in management or supervision.
• 3-5 years of retail supervisory experience; computer literacy required.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are required.
• Previous supervisory/management experience is required.
• General computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises department employees, including interviewing, hiring and training.
• Manages RTV receiving and scanning processes as regulated by Home Office.
• Assists customers in finding products and answers questions.
• Manages special orders and notifies customers accordingly.
• Maintains customer service standards and promotional execution.
