Role Description

The Visual Merchandising Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Wilmington, NC. This role is responsible for creating and executing visual merchandising strategies that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and drive in-store engagement and sales. Day-to-day tasks include planning and installing window displays, styling mannequins and fixtures, maintaining floor sets, and ensuring visual standards are consistently met throughout the store. The manager collaborates closely with store leadership to align visual presentations with promotional plans, seasonal assortments, and sales goals. This role also leads, trains, and coaches store associates on visual guidelines, supports daily store operations, and helps cultivate a welcoming, guest-focused environment.
