Qualifications

• 1 year of Retail Management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Physically able to perform tasks including standing and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Fosters a guest-focused team environment while driving sales.
• Provides timely feedback and coaching to associates.
• Plans, executes, and maintains floor sets and window installations.
• Ensures loss prevention practices and brand standards are followed.
• Leads training for sales associates and keyholders.
• Communicates store performance to leadership and protects company assets.
