Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail merchandising or visual display experience.
• Awareness of current fashion trends preferred.
• Art or design background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead compelling visual presentations in-store to reflect seasonal trends.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams and support visual directives.
• Maintain and update mannequin displays and 3D visual merchandising.
• Assist customers and guide them to items, enhancing service quality.
• Apply Macy's brand standards to promotional displays and fixtures.
• Support store operations and learn from Regional Visual leaders.
• Educate colleagues on merchandising basics and visual standards.
• Foster inclusive and respectful interactions with customers and colleagues.
