Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead to drive store presentation and merchandising execution, creating moments through visual storytelling that boost sales and customer experience. The role partners with store leadership to implement corporate standards, manage visual sets, and lead onboarding of new associates while delivering a friendly, organized shopping environment.

Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Limited travel to support new store openings.
Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Retail or service industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support store leadership in visual and merchandising planning and execution.
Implement all aspects of visual presentation according to standards and resources.
Update merchandise sets based on product availability and sell through.
Elevate visual and merchandise presentations across the store.
Maintain visual components and keep area neat and organized.
Oversee installation and timing of visual initiatives with store leadership.
Conduct regular store walks focusing on merchandise and visual priorities.
Partner with District Visual Lead to align with company strategies.
Follow product protection guidelines to minimize shortage.
Assist with onboarding and training new associates.
Acknowledge and assist customers in all areas of the store.
