Responsibilities

• Support store leadership in visual and merchandising planning and execution.
• Implement all aspects of visual presentation per standards and resources.
• Update merchandise sets based on product availability and sell through.
• Elevate visual and merchandise presentations across all store areas.
• Maintain visual components in a neat, clean and organized area.
• Oversee installation, timing, removal of visual initiatives with store leadership.
• Conduct regular store walks focusing on merchandise and visual priorities.
• Collaborate with District Visual Lead to align with company strategy.
• Adhere to product protection guidelines to minimize shortages.
• Assist with onboarding and training new associates.
• Acknowledge and assist customers to deliver a friendly store experience.
