Job summary

L.L.Bean is seeking a merchandiser to coordinate, plan, design, implement and maintain merchandise standards, fixtures and displays in the Retail Store. You will support catalog-in-life concepts and partner with Advertising, Promotions, and Product Development to create compelling in-store experiences.

The role includes developing displays, collaborating with teams, and ensuring safe, efficient workspaces in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail store experience.
• Collaborative work in a retail environment with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate merchandising strategies into three dimensional displays.
• Assist with floorplans, graphic placement and display impact.
• Support promotions with display and window presentations.
• Provide design and resource services for internal customers.
• Source and manage external vendors as required.
• Coordinate and track visual expenditures and safety.
