Altar'd State is seeking a Merchandiser to support the Store Leader by executing merchandising and seasonal décor to create a beautiful environment for our guests to achieve all store goals. Qualifications

• 1 year merchandising experience required.
• Proven ability to maintain guest-focused environment and deliver exceptional service.
• Ability to lead and coach associates to meet store goals.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Leader with daily merchandising and seasonal decor.
• Create and maintain an inspiring in-store environment to drive sales.
• Lead visual standards including window design and product presentation.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver brand service standards.
• Assist in ensuring loss prevention and asset protection through adherence to policies.
