The ideal candidate has at least 1 year merchandising experience, is able to lift up to 30 pounds, and will drive excellent guest service while maintaining compelling window and product displays.

Qualifications

• 1 year merchandising experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Leader by executing merchandising and seasonal décor to create an engaging guest environment.
• Maintain visual standards including window designs and product presentation.
• Assist in driving store sales through effective product placement and presentation.
• Provide guest-focused service and build relationships with guests.
• Lead by example in change management and teamwork to achieve store goals.
