Ballard Designs is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead to elevate guest experiences through compelling storefronts and in-store displays at our Solana Beach location. You will lead the team, ensure adherence to brand standards, and drive daily operations to meet sales goals.

The role requires 3+ years in specialty retail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook and POS systems is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in specialty retail or store leadership.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply company visual merchandising standards and concepts.
• Collaborate on floor sets, window displays, and inventory replenishment to create an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee daily store activities as scheduled to ensure floor coverage and sales goals.
• Provide performance feedback to store leadership based on observations.
