URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Visual Manager for our Boston store at 899 Boylston St to lead merchandising and display, collaborate with store leadership, and elevate the customer visual experience.

You will train the team, drive in-store marketing, oversee payroll-adjacent processes, and help create a compelling environment while maintaining brand standards and store performance.

Qualifications

• Love for the FP brand.
• 1+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects company values; partners with leadership on engaging visual experiences.
• Involves entire team in selling and visual initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
• Drives in-store merchandising, display, and outfitting to create a compelling store environment.
• Trains the team on store processes, merchandise placement, and standards with actionable feedback.
• Manages payroll-related daily operations and adapts visual support to business needs.
• Leads with inclusive, people-first approach and communicates store priorities through daily meetings.
• Provides feedback to Store and District Managers and supports relocation of product and visuals.
