URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in San Antonio is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead in-store displays and the customer experience. You will partner with the store team to craft engaging visual experiences and ensure brand standards are met across visual execution.

The role focuses on directing visual direction, planning floor layouts, mentoring staff, and aligning processes with budgets and timelines to drive sales and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Experience with floor planning.
• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: acts as a brand representative and partners with Display Artist and Department Managers on engaging visual experiences.
• Delivers exceptional customer experiences that are engaging and personalized, yet efficient.
• Takes a forward-thinking approach to the customer experience, in-store creative marketing, merchandising and activations, to drive sales.
• Leadership + Team Management: supports recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and training to drive bench and succession planning; coach team on store processes and standards.
• Visual + Business Operations: manages visual direction from planning through execution; analyzes store performance to identify opportunities and maximize sales.
• Communication + Relationships: shares product knowledge and brand messaging; maintains communication with Store Manager and District Manager.
