Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Winter Park, Florida seeks an Assistant Visual Manager to support selling, service and operations with an emphasis on merchandising and display to create an inspiring visual experience for the customer.

You will partner with leadership to train the team on store processes and standards, lead in-store marketing and outfitting, recruit and onboard talent, and uphold brand priorities while protecting the store’s profitability.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Brand ambassador creating engaging visual experiences and reflecting the brand values.
• Lead and train the team on store processes, merchandising placement, and standards.
• Support recruiting and onboarding to build bench for the store.
• Manage daily operations, payroll and stock planning to support the business.
• Drive in-store marketing, display and outfitting to optimize sell-through.
• Maintain store safety and inventory accuracy while upholding policy.
