Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Limited travel to support new store openings.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership in visual and merchandising planning and execution.
• Implement visual presentation per corporate standards.
• Update merchandise sets based on product availability and sell through.
• Elevate visual and merchandise presentations across store areas.
• Oversee visual components care and organization in work/storage areas.
• Partner with leadership to ensure timely installation and updates of initiatives.
• Conduct store walks focusing on merchandise and visual priorities.
• Provide feedback to District Visual Lead and understand company strategies.
• Adhere to product protection guidelines to minimize shortage.
• Assist with onboarding and training new associates.
• Deliver friendly, easy shopping experiences for customers.
