Job summary

Kohl’s in Minnesota is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead to guide in-store presentation and merchandising operations, driving sales through storytelling and brand standards. You will partner with store leadership, execute visual plans, update sets based on inventory, and ensure neat, compliant displays while training new associates.

This on-site role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and a commitment to customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Limited travel to support new store openings.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership in visual and merchandising planning and execution.
• Implement visual presentation per corporate standards and resources.
• Update merchandise sets based on product availability and sell through.
• Elevate visual and merchandise presentations in all areas of the store.
• Maintain neat, clean and organized work/storage areas.
• Oversee installation, timing, removal of visual initiatives with store leadership.
• Conduct regular store walks with leadership focusing on priorities.
• Partner with District Visual Lead to align with company strategies.
• Follow product protection guidelines to minimize shortage.
• Assist onboarding and training of new associates.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer experiences across the store.
