Job summary

Kohl's in Mentor, OH is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead to support, guide and execute visual merchandising and operational processes, driving sales through visual storytelling and merchandising execution that enhances the customer experience.

You will collaborate with store leadership, update merchandise sets based on product availability, oversee installations with leadership, conduct store walks, train new associates, and ensure presentation and signing accuracy while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Limited travel to support new store openings.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail or service industry experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership in visual and merchandising planning and execution.
• Implement visual presentation per corporate standards and resources.
• Update merchandise sets based on product availability and sell through.
• Elevate visual and merchandise presentations across all store areas.
• Oversee installation, timing, and disposal of visual initiatives with leadership.
• Conduct regular store walks focusing on merchandise and visual priorities.
• Assist training of new associates and onboard them.
