Job summary

Kohl’s in Minnesota is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead to support store leadership in visual planning and execution, creating moments through storytelling that drive sales and elevate the customer experience.

You will implement corporate visual standards, refresh merchandise sets based on availability, oversee installations, train new associates, and partner with the District Visual Lead to align with company strategies while maintaining sharp, inviting presentations and proper signing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Limited travel to support new store openings.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Retail or service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership in visual and merchandising planning and execution
• Implement visual presentation per corporate standards
• Update merchandise sets based on product availability and sell through
• Elevate visual and merchandise presentations in all store areas
• Oversee installation, timing, removal of visual initiatives with leadership
• Conduct store walks focusing on merchandise and visual priorities
• Partner with District Visual Lead to align with company strategies
• Follow product protection guidelines to minimize shortage
• Assist with onboarding and training new associates
• Acknowledge and assist customers delivering a friendly experience
