Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising initiatives and execute floor sets.
• Collaborate with store leadership to keep displays current and productive.
• Plan and move merchandise to optimize sell-through with VM leadership support.
• Provide feedback and training on brand standards and display techniques.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth product flow from back of house to front of house.
• Manage fixtures and props, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
• Regularly use the VM checklist to uphold standards and maintenance.
