Job summary

REVOLVE is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead in San Diego, CA to support the execution of visual initiatives across the store. You will work with the Retail Visual Merchandising Manager and leadership to maintain current displays, plan floor sets, and educate staff on brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of retail experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. This role requires 40 hours per week, with some weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience.
• Computer and iPhone proficient.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Availability to work 40 hours a week, including some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Visual Merchandising Leads support the Retail Visual Merchandising Manager and Assistant Visual Manager in the execution of all visual initiatives, including biweekly floor sets, event preparation, and staff education.
• Regularly collaborate with store leadership to ensure all displays are current according to the latest directive.
• Utilize visual directives and sales data to plan and execute movement of merchandise with Visual leadership.
• Communicate updates to the store team about new products and visual changes.
• Provide feedback and in-the-moment training on brand standards and display techniques.
• Partner with Operations to ensure flow of new product from back of house to front of house.
• Help manage fixture and prop assortment on the designated floor.
• Use Visual Merchandising Checklist to uphold standards and maintenance.
