REVOLVE is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead in Aspen, CO to drive in-store excellence and elevate our premium fashion presentation. You will partner with store leadership to execute floor sets, manage displays, and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Support VM Manager in executing visual initiatives, floor sets, events and staff training.
• Collaborate with store leadership to keep displays current and productive.
• Use product performance and sales data to plan merchandise movement.
• Communicate product and visual updates to the store team.
• Provide in-the-moment training on brand standards and display techniques.
• Coordinate with Operations to move new products front-to-back.
• Manage fixtures and props on the designated floor.
• Follow VM checklist to maintain store standards.

Main purpose of the VM Lead role:

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Visual Merchandising Leads support the Retail Visual Merchandising Manager and Assistant Visual Manager in the execution of all visual initiatives, including but not limited to biweekly floor sets, event preparation, and staff education.
• Regularly collaborate with the Assistant Visual Manager and store leadership to ensure all displays are current according to the latest directive and are successfully driving productivity.
• Utilize visual directives, feedback from store leadership and stylists, as well as product performance & sales reports, to strategically plan and execute the movement of merchandise with the support of Visual leadership in order to continually impact positive sell through of goods on your designated floor.
• Communicate with the store team about new products received, merchandising changes, and any other visual updates that occur on your floor.
• Provide direct feedback and in-the-moment training related to brand standards, product placement, and visual display techniques to support team members’ ongoing learning and development in VM.
• Partner cross-functionally with the Operations team to ensure a streamlined flow of new product from back of house to front of house.
• Help to manage the small fixture and prop assortment, and ensure their appropriate utilization and maintenance on your designated floor.
• Regularly utilize the Visual Merchandising Checklist to ensure all aspects of our visual merchandising, store standards, and maintenance are upheld.

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Prior experience in a retail setting where visual merchandising or creative duties were performed.
• An eye for detail and passion for contemporary and designer fashion & trends.
• Candidates must be collaborative and team-oriented, passionate, and adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort engaging with clients at a high level of customer service when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Computer and iPhone proficient
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Minimum of 2 years retail experience
• Availability to work 40 hours a week, including some weekends and holidays.
