Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, driven, and team-oriented Visual Merchandising Lead. The role involves ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, developing sales staff skills, and maintaining store standards. The ideal candidate will enhance the client experience, stay knowledgeable about products, and lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead visual merchandising efforts to create appealing displays that drive sales.
2. Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
3. Coordinate with management on promotional activities and store layout.
4. Maintain store standards, including cleanliness and merchandise presentation.
5. Ensure compliance with safety and asset protection policies.
6. Participate in staff scheduling and inventory management.
7. Support new program implementation and staff training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a 4-year degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a retail environment, preferably with high-volume sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
