Qualifications

• 1 year Merchandising experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Foster a guest-focused team environment through driving volume and anticipating guest needs.
• Maintain seasonal window décor weekly and update displays.
• Lead by example and coach team on visual merchandising standards.
• Analyze merchandising performance and adjust product placement.
• Collaborate with Store Leader to implement floor sets and branding.
