You will maintain visual standards, drive sales through compelling displays, and mentor team members to execute plans. The role emphasizes leadership in store presentation, collaboration with leadership, and accountability for merchandising outcomes in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 1 year merchandising experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly.

Responsabilités

• Execute merchandising and seasonal décor to create an inviting store environment.
• Provide exceptional guest service through relationship building and presentation.
• Lead visual standards, window displays, fixtures, and product flow.
• Mentor associates, coach for results, and support Store Leader in achievement of sales goals.
• Utilize weekly reporting to analyze performance and adjust merchandising strategies.
• Coordinate with leadership on floor sets, inventory, and loss prevention.
