Job summary

REVOLVE is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Aventura, FL to support floor sets, events, and general maintenance. You will work with the Assistant Visual Manager and Visual Leads to ensure displays stay current and aligned with brand directives, while engaging customers with compelling presentation.

The role requires at least 2 years of retail experience, a keen eye for contemporary fashion, strong teamwork, and clear communication to deliver Revolve standards across the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Strong eye for fashion trends and product presentation.
• Able to collaborate with store teams and lead visually.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Visual Manager and Visual Leads with floor sets, event prep, and general maintenance.
• Ensure displays are current and compliant with directives; communicate needs as they arise.
• Manage salesfloor replenishment to support busy periods.
• Update store team on new products and merchandising changes.
• Regularly audit displays to meet Revolve standards.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure proper product flow and styling.

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Visual Merchandisers support the Assistant Visual Manager and the Visual Leads in the execution of all visual initiatives, including floor sets, event preparation, and general maintenance.

Partner with the visual leads to ensure all displays are current according to the latest directive and set to standard, as well as communicate around any outstanding tasks or needs

Manage salesfloor replenishment in order to support the business during busy hours.

Communicate with the store team about new products received, merchandising changes, and any other visual updates that occur on your floor.

Regularly audit the salesfloor to ensure all displays meet Revolve standards.

Partner with the operations team to ensure all styles are out and flow of product is managed as necessary.

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Prior experience in a retail setting where visual merchandising or creative duties were performed.
• An eye for detail and passion for contemporary and designer fashion & trends.
• Candidates must be collaborative and team-oriented, passionate, and adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort engaging with clients at a high level of customer service when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Computer and iPhone proficient
• Ability to bend, lift, open and move product up to 50 lbs
• Minimum of 2 years retail experience
