Job summary

REVOLVE is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to support floor sets, event prep, and displays while coordinating with visual leads to maintain brand standards. You will manage replenishment and communicate updates to the store team to keep product flow seamless.

The role requires prior retail experience, an eye for current fashion trends, and strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in a retail setting where visual merchandising or creative duties were performed.
• An eye for detail and passion for contemporary and designer fashion & trends.
• Candidates must be collaborative and team-oriented, passionate, and adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort engaging with clients at a high level of customer service when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Visual Merchandisers support the Assistant Visual Manager and the Visual Leads in the execution of all visual initiatives, including floor sets, event preparation, and general maintenance.
• Partner with the visual leads to ensure all displays are current according to the latest directive and set to standard, as well as communicate around any outstanding tasks or needs.
• Manage salesfloor replenishment in order to support the business during busy hours.
• Communicate with the store team about new products received, merchandising changes, and any other visual updates that occur on your floor.
• Regularly audit the salesfloor to ensure all displays meet Revolve standards.
• Partner with the operations team to ensure all styles are out and flow of product is managed as necessary.

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Computer and iPhone proficient
• Ability to bend, lift, open and move product up to 50 lbs
• Minimum of 2 years retail experience

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $20- $22/hr.
