The role emphasizes attentive merchandising and customer-ready service across Lowe’s stores. Typical duties include updating pricing, maintaining planograms, and collaborating with the Merchandising Services Team to meet store standards.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with help.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage and maintain digital signage data.
• Ensure price labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Assist in staging clearance products to drive add-on sales.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and schedule with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
