Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Proficient in using web-based computer programs for tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects according to Lowe’s specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage and maintain it digitally.
• Ensure pricing labels are clearly visible and replace missing labels.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays throughout the store.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leadership.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
