Vince in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Visual Merchandise Coordinator to lead floor sets and uphold the brand’s visual standards across assigned accounts.

You will collaborate with store management, share seasonal product knowledge, and drive merchandising initiatives while coordinating store visits and events within territory. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience, with some Saturday work and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to change schedule; some Saturdays required.

Responsibilities

• Execute floor sets and maintain Vince visual merchandising standards within assigned accounts.
• Communicate and deliver brand materials to store management and associates.
• Ensure store teams know up-to-date display standards and merchandising strategies.
• Coordinate store visits within rotation and territory.
• Plan and host seasonal product knowledge seminars, including virtual sessions.
• Discuss business with store management and specialists to drive sales.
• Provide regular updates to Account Executives on sales feedback and stock levels.
• Partner with Logistics to enforce product exposure in stockrooms.
• Plan and execute store events and evolving virtual customer experiences.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding for specialist/DSA positions.
