Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate role in Bridgewater, MA focuses on ensuring signage, pricing and product displays are accurate and easy to locate for customers. You will craft safe, attractive displays that promote in-demand products.

Most work is non-customer facing, but you may engage with customers when opportunities arise. You will listen to customers, answer questions, share product or warranty information, and assist in locating merchandise.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, and digitally maintain this information.
• Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace any missing price labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and ensuring displays are well placed.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
