Job summary

As a Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate, you ensure our store’s signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate so merchandise is easy to locate. You create product displays that are safe, visually appealing, and accessible to customers.

You may engage with customers when opportunities arise, answering questions and sharing product or warranty details. The role emphasizes teamwork with Merchandising Services and Store Operations to support a great shopping experience across Lowe’s

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Able to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.
• Lowe’s sales floor experience.
• Experience reading planograms and setting up displays.
• Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment.
• Working knowledge of essential tools (hand tools, drills, saws).

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update signage and product location signage across the store.
• Ensure pricing labels are clearly visible and replace missing labels.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales and optimize displays.
• Repair or replace damaged signage and merchandise.
• Communicate project priorities with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
