Job summary

Madewell is seeking a Visual Associate to craft an engaging store environment with meticulous attention to detail. You will design window displays and layouts that capture interest and drive sales, while training teammates on presentation standards both front and back of house.

You will support the management team with product placement and daily upkeep on the sales floor, stay current with fashion trends, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive workplace focused on exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent eye for presentation and detail.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Wamiliarity with fashion trends and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Create captivating window displays and merchandise layouts.
• Execute organized and timely floor sets.
• Collaborate with store management on product placement and daily maintenance.
• Keep backstock organized and ensure product is moved to the floor regularly.
• Follow merchandise receiving and handling guidelines.
• Use store systems effectively.
• Respond to customers with courtesy and respect.
